In the historical center of the old town of Chania, a few meters behind the Saint Nicolas church in a small pedestrian street where there is a number of old buildings that still standing which are reminiscent of the long history of the city, you will find the Villa Splantzia.
Villa Splantzia is a beautiful and spacious house (200sqm) from the 18th century, recently restored while retaining its original character. The renovations allowed to preserve its former greatness. Everything has been renovated to highlight its unique features without sacrificing the details and at the same time to reflect the creative talent of the owners who took care of the renovation of the villa.

Your desires inspire us to offer a range of customized services to make your holiday special. Customer service: information for the home and town, city guide, city map, tourist information. Offered free of charge (upon arrival): basic breakfast items (milk, coffee, fruits, fresh bread, jam, honey, butter, cereal, eggs, olives, local cheeses) and useful items such as toilet paper and cleaners Cleaning, change of linen, towels and toiletries are every 4 days.
